Description:
Responsible for the consolidations, financial/monthly close of multiple global corporate entities within SEC reporting guidelines; support external reporting process (10Q, 10K, 8K, etc.), disclosures, financial statements and various footnotes for management, Board of Directors and shareholders; P&L and variance analysis; work with auditors on control testing and providing documentation for SOX compliance; troubleshoot and resolve financial reporting issues with operating units; ad hoc financial reporting and analysis

Qualifications:

•B.S. in Accounting; Masters a plus
•2-6 years consolidation accounting experience and foreign currency translations from global organization
•Strong Excel; Hyperion a plus
•Strong analytical and communications skills; detail oriented
