PAWS will not be able to answer questions about this animal.*** Dodger is a SUPER sweet and affectionate 3-year-old tortoiseshell cat. I have been fostering her for a few months and love having her around but she is ready to settle in her forever home. She loves people but would prefer to be the only pet in the home. She would love to be able to access the outdoors, but would also do well as an indoor cat with lots of sunshine :) Dodger is very trusting of people but doesn't like loud noises, so she would be happiest in a quieter home. Here are some pictures of her curled up in my living room, being pretty, and trying to make friends with the furniture. Look, she loves being petted so much that she is headbutting the ugliest chair in the world for attention! She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, treated for fleas, etc. $40 adoption donation to go towards these costs. She is the best cat ever and I really want to find her a loving home!! I am also looking for a home for her 6-month-old son, Dodgeball. Not necessarily together, although if anyone is looking to adopt two cats it would be great for them to stay together. They are really great cats - I would keep them both if I could.
PAWS, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society, is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization. PAWS pulls at-risk animals from the City of Philadelphia's animal control shelter and adopts them out, either from our adoption center (located at 2nd and Arch Streets), from one of our adoption locations at area PETCO and PetSmart stores, or from our network of foster homes.
PAWS is dedicated to saving the lives of Philadelphia's homeless, abandoned and unwanted animals and is working to make Philadelphia a city in which every healthy and treatable pet is guaranteed a home.

PAWS' Adoption Center in Old City is open Monday-Friday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 11a.m.-7p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please reference this animal's ID NUMBER when inquiring about this pet.
All animals adopted from PAWS are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. Adoption fees are as follows: $150 for dogs older than 1 year, $200 for puppies under 1 year, $50 for cats over 6 months of age, and $75 for cats under 6 months of age.
