We currently have a hot opportunity for a Sous Chef at our location in Center City Philadelphia. We're currently looking for someone with:
* 3+ years of current Upscale Casual Full Service Restaurant Sous Chef Experience
* High Volume background; must have experience working in restaurants doing $4 million or more per year
* A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
* Hands-on with developing and training BOH staff
* Ability to maintain high levels of Food Quality and Hygiene
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + excellent benefits/bonus packages
