1956 Ford rear complete drum to drum. I took this rear from a parts car I had back in the mid 70's. My plan was to put this rear into a '56 Ford Convertible that I was restoring that had 3.78 gears. I wanted a higher gear (lower numerically) I wound up selling the convertible before I had the chance to install the rear. The parts car was driveable and the rear was quiet. The brake drums are near new. Even the shoes look new. Brand new shoes and drums were most likely installed shortly before I bought the car. The drums measure 11.006 and 11.008. New is 11.000 with max diameter at 11.060. Axle bearings turn smoothly as does the pinion. Just clean it up and install it. Always stored inside. Spring U bolts and plates included. $180 without drums.
